Here are the most frequently asked questions regarding CE
Server. If you have a question that is not covered here, feel free
to contact us.
Q: How do we go about setting up my courses in the CE
Library?
A: All information is uploaded or entered via the
Internet using an easy and convenient Web browser interface that
we provide. Each CE school may enter its own courses into the
library, or we can do it for you (see below).
Q: How much effort is required to set up my courses in the
CE Library?
A: For each course that you offer, allow 1 to 2 man
hours to convert your course and test to online format. For each
state in which the course is approved, allow an additional 15
minutes for state specific set up.
Q: What type of talent is required to do this?
A: Typically, a person with at least average office
computer and Web surfing skills can perform all setup. We provide
phone support to assist you in this process on an as needed basis.
Q: We don't have the time or inclination to do the set up
ourselves; can you do this for us?
A: Yes, we will do this for you. Our nominal hourly fee
would apply.
Q: How does the live class support work?
A: Your class schedule is entered into the data base and
displayed for students, who enroll and pre-pay online. You receive
an order for each such enrollment and enter the student details
onto your upcoming class roster.
Q: Can we cross sell live classes and home study?
A: Absolutely. The product supports this well and even
allows for promotional pricing via "Combo Bundles",
mixing live classes with online or home study courses.
Q: What are the upfront charges to set up?
A: We do not charge anything for set up. A nominal fee
of $79 is charged by the real time credit card verification
company to set up your account. If the school already has an
account with this company, no account set up fee will be required.
Q: What fees do you charge?
A: Reinhart Technologies Inc. offers CE Server to
insurance CE schools on a risk free, pay for performance basis. We
charge a fee for each converted student (i.e., a student who pays
money for one or more courses). Therefore, we make money only when
you make money.
Q: When a student is charged, who receives the money?
A: All student charges are collected via the real time
credit card interface that we provide, and funds are deposited
directly into the school's bank account.
Q: How do you collect your fees?
A:We invoice you monthly with details of all
transactions. This same information is also available to you
online via the Provider interface.
Q: We want to charge in advance for online CE. Do you
support that?
A: No. The "Risk Free CE" program has proven
itself to be the best over all way of marketing these materials
and is the only basis upon which we would operate.
Q: What kind of support do you provide?
A: We provide unlimited phone support to you and your
staff.
Q: What kind of online security do you provide?
A: CE Server has been issued its own 128 bit Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) certificate, thereby offering the highest level
of encryption or security possible. This means that students can
rest assured that communications between their browser and CE
Server are private and secure.
Q: Will my students see CE offerings from another school?
A: No. The software and the data base have been
carefully engineered to prevent this. Your students see only your
school's offerings.
Q: What will my students think about doing online CE using
CE Server?
A: They probably will have the same reaction as current
and past students as we've documented on our
student testimonials page.
